Info diet 2025

· 2min

Since I was a kid, I’ve always had this slightly nerdy impulse to wander in the internet — playing games, learning new things. These days I don’t game much, unfortunately, but I still spend a good chunk of my time trying to absorb new information online. Sometimes way too much, and I actually feel like I need to calibrate that a bit. Especially in favor of 1) reading more books — for pure info absorption, you just take in more when you spend long stretches dwelling on a single subject — or 2) actually getting my hands dirty building things in the spaces I care about. Yes, this humble, vibe-coded website is also me trying to do more of that.

Anyway, that ramble wasn’t the initial aim of this post. Every now and then I get asked about the main sources I use to get up to speed and learn about the topics I care about, so I figured I’d share what currently makes up my reading rotation.
